Abstract: Under the conditions of high temperature medium pressure steam valve leakage without shutdown inspection, according to the state of the valve leakage point designed and manufactured to meet the requirements and reliable fixtures, under the premise of ensuring safety, the implementation of the sealing leakage of the valve leaking successfully implemented Plugging eliminates leaks, ensures the normal operation of the turbine system, brings certain economic benefits to the company, and is advantageous for resource conservation and environmental protection.

1 There is a problem that the main steam pressure of the company's No. 6 steam turbine inlet is 3.8 MPa, 435°C is a medium-pressure high-temperature steam, and the electric main bypass bypass secondary valve (DN65 PN10.0 MPa) found a leak in December 2014. The inspection revealed that the bonnet flange surface of the valve was leaking and the bonnet gasket was ineffective. There was no sign of leakage after the bonnet bolts were tightened. Due to the heavy load of production operation, the conditions for immediate shutdown and maintenance are not available.
2 Solution In order to avoid the further expansion of the leakage and thus affect the normal operation of the production, the maintenance personnel of the public machinery carried out analysis and research on the site, and formulated a program for implementing pressure sealing to seal the leakage of the flange of the valve bonnet flange.

(2) During the injection process, tighten the bolts. Overloading the bolt may cause the bolt to be overloaded. Small bolts may cause yield deformation or damage.
