16.2 Ball mill end cover, cylinder screw, transmission screw, drive shaft and its coupling part, classifier, etc., check every hour, require screw fastening, good sealing, no leakage or leakage.

16.3 If an abnormality is found during the inspection, it is necessary to find out the cause in time, and the post personnel shall handle it. If it cannot be handled at one time, it shall promptly report to the class, the team leader or the factory shift schedule, and strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the hidden danger parts to prevent accidents. Fill in the operation record carefully.

16.4 When the front and back of the ball mill exceeds the specified temperature, it shall not stop immediately. It must be injected into the bearing bush with new oil. After the temperature drops to the specified temperature, it can be stopped for inspection.

16.5 If the oil pressure is found to increase, the cause should be ascertained. If the oil pipe is blocked, stop it.
