Petrochemicals: Thick oil, heavy oil, crude oil, bitumen, grease, lub oil, catalytic agent and other viscous liquids.
Fine Chemicals: Dyes stuffs, pigments, hemical additives, adhesives, silicone oil, leather oil, a variety of colloidal materials and pulp, Paint, dope, printing ink, insulating paint, resin, additives and assistants, organic solvent, etc.
Chemical fibers: Pectic slurry, PVA, spandex slurry, vinylon slurry, Acrylic slurry, polyester slice, terylence, polypropylene fiber, rayon, functional fiber etc.
Pump Working principle
The even rotation of the rotor pair creates a vacuum on the priming side of the pump, which can be defined by the direction of rotation of the drive. This vacuum draws the liquid into the pump chamber. With further rotation, the pumped medium is conveyed past the pump wall into the pressure area. Up to six chamber charges are displaced with each drive rotation depending on the rotor type. When the rotor is at a standstill, the pump seals off almost completely.

Complete pump consists of bare shaft pump, coupling& shield, gear reduer with motor and baseplate. You can only have our bare shaft pump.
