It is understood that this product is Daimler's latest axle housing product, which is applied to Daimler's new generation heavy truck. This audit is another milestone of the Qingte Group following the audit of the Daimler American Bridge Caps PPAP in September 2015. The company's efficient team work, excellent product quality and process capability, visual site management and clean production have been unanimously appreciated by the Daimler team.
In 2013, Qingte Group and Daimler signed a long-term cooperation agreement on the German axle housing project. In response to the world's top product requirements, Qingte has launched a capital increase plan of more than 200 million yuan, upgrading process equipment and testing and testing equipment, achieving fully automated production, improving testing capabilities, and achieving a world-leading production process. At the same time, Qingte set up a special project team to study the product technology and production technology, and continuously improve the on-site and quality management level. The test samples were submitted in 2014 and 2015 respectively, and the high standards passed the external bench test requirements.
