From August 25th to 26th, Shaanxi Provincial Electric Power Company held a special report meeting on investment plan arrangement and effect pre-analysis of power grid infrastructure and technological transformation projects directly subordinated to power supply units of Shaanxi Provincial Electric Power Company from 2010 to 2012. The meeting heard the main responsibility of each power supply bureau. People's all-round report on development evaluation of the “Eleventh Five-Year” power grid in each region, overview of the “Twelfth Five-Year” power grid plan, investment plan arrangement of the power grid infrastructure and technological transformation project, and effect analysis after implementation from 2010 to 2012. Relevant departments of the Ministry put forward implementation measures and recommendations, and the company’s leaders put forward clear requirements and instructions. The meeting emphasized: First, planning must be considered in an integrated manner and balanced in different regions. It is necessary to rationally plan the construction scale of new sites according to geographical locations and the status quo of the power grid, optimize the network structure, and simplify the wiring methods. The second is to do the province's transformer resource allocation and sharing. It is necessary to implement the load of each substation one by one, make full use of and allocate all the transformer resources within the company's system, and use the limited investment to exert the rated efficiency. The third is to speed up the pre-project work. Taking full account of the impact of disasters in 2010, improve the design of differentiated standards, and verify and determine the site according to the plan, laying the foundation for the implementation of the plan. Fourth, we attach great importance to the dual power supply problem in coal mines. Shaanxi is a province with abundant resources. It is necessary to fully study the national policies, comprehensively review the current status of coal mine power supply, and meet the conditions to implement the access system.
