Metrological testing is a traditional advantage project of Shenzhen Quality Inspection Institute. In recent years, the hospital actively guided enterprises to carry out ISO10012 measurement management system certification series activities to help companies establish measurement testing systems, improve measurement assurance capabilities, ensure accurate measurement equipment, controlled measurement process, reasonable process flow, and accurate measurement of energy and material consumption. . This series of efforts has helped more than 200 SMEs in the city to establish a measurement inspection system. While assessing and issuing certifications for the measurement assurance ability of enterprises, the institute pays more attention to the follow-up supervision of the effectiveness of the operation of the enterprise's post-certification system. In terms of engineering measurement, taking energy measurement as an important technical basis for energy saving and emission reduction of enterprises, setting a typical model and guiding the whole society to participate. While promoting the typical practices of more than 50 outstanding energy-saving companies, the company focused on exploring the advantages of water, electricity, and gas industry management, and carried out energy-saving basic supervision and inspection of 292 key energy-consuming enterprises throughout the city.

While serving the society, Shenzhen Quality Assurance Institute is constantly improving its own professional skills and providing professional skills training for its staff. Recently, the hospital specially invited the experts from the Metrology Division of Shenzhen Market Supervision Bureau to provide special training for measurement services for employees. For the experts to explain in detail the measurement and regulation system, the supervision of measurement instruments and the points of mandatory verification work, the institute also conducted a unified assessment of participants. On the other hand, they also worked hard to establish a modern metrology system that meets the requirements of Shenzhen’s economic and social development and covers scientific measurement, legal measurement, and engineering measurement.
