The Liaohe Du 66 North Block is one of the main blocks of thermal recovery in Shuguang Oilfield. After more than 20 years of steam stimulation development, it has shown high throughput cycle, high recovery, low formation pressure, and low oil-gas ratio. To this end, Liaohe Oilfield has actively explored new development methods. Four years ago, it carried out a research project on the “Research and Application of Fire Flooding Technology in Shuguang Oilfield”, and conducted field application tests in the pilot test area of ​​fire flooding in the northern block of Du 66. The scientific and technical personnel focused on the research of physical model of fire flooding mechanism, heavy oil ignition technology, combustion judgment technology, injection well completion technology, etc., and carried out systematic research on oil layer ignition technology, oil layer fire control technology and layered fire flooding technology. Some understandings were obtained, and seven patents, such as “Stratified Gas Injection Method for Fire Drive Production” and “Layer Downhole Gas Injection Conversion Device for Fire Drive Production”, were filed. At present, 2 invention patents and 3 utility model patents have been obtained.
A large number of field application test results have proved that the use of steam preheating and self-ignition ignition method is feasible, and the success rate is high; a stable fire field has been formed underground in the underground test area of ​​the Duer 66 fire flooding production pilot, and is in a continuous combustion state; the oil well output rises after the fire flooding, see To significantly increase the oil effect.
According to briefings, technicians are currently developing an expansion test program, and the number of fire flooding test wells will be expanded to 10 soon.
