The radiated immunity test mainly simulates the phenomena of radio frequency radiation interference from intentional emitters, such as wireless communication devices, and is a very critical test item in electromagnetic compatibility tests. This experiment needs to switch the polarization direction of the transmitting antenna and the different geometry of the tested equipment. The test takes a long time and costs are high. The project team used the Multi-tone multi-frequency carrier technology in modern digital signal communication to meet the test conditions of the IEC 61000-4-3 (GB/T 17626.3) standard and conducted research on efficient multi-frequency point radiation immunity test technology. Verification, the first in China to establish a multi-frequency radiation immunity test system, greatly improving the efficiency of radiation immunity test, and to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test results. The test system built by the project will provide enterprises with highly efficient electromagnetic compatibility testing services, shorten the product development cycle, save costs, and form the core competitiveness of detection technology.
The project team completed one technical summary report, published six papers, filed one utility model patent, and participated in the formulation of one national standard within two years. Searched by the Shanghai Institute of Scientific and Technical Information, the technical indicators achieved by this project have reached the international advanced level. The research results of the project have high practical value and can be used in new energy, communications and rail transit areas, and have good social and economic benefits.
