The four-axle vehicle is flexible and stable, and the industry demand is large, but the body weight is at least 10 tons. Therefore, in some regions, 36 tons is still used as the four-axis limit limit for this area. However, with the issuance of this notice, the four-axle vehicle will be unified to 31 tons.

At the same time, the notification also explained the penalty. For a vehicle with a total mass exceeding the limit, but not exceeding 1 ton, a warning penalty shall be imposed and the product shall be released after supervising the elimination of the illegal act; the total mass of the goods exceeds the limit For 1 ton, starting from the limit criteria, a fine of 500 yuan per 1 ton is imposed, and the portion not exceeding 1 ton is not counted. The maximum amount of the fine shall not exceed 30,000 yuan, and shall be released after supervising the removal of the illegal act.
