As a pioneer in the auction of private car licenses, Shanghai private car license auction has gone through 20 years. The private license plate auction system has had a positive impact on the quantity control of motor vehicles in Shanghai, but since the price of the license plate has been pushed up, there has been constant controversy. Starting today, Shanghai's private license plate auctions have introduced new regulations, and all used license plates have been included in the official auction platform and auctioned with new license plates.
Starting from this month, Shanghai’s individuals and units have used the auction for three years. If they want to go public, they can only go through the official auction platform. The reporter learned through unannounced visits that starting from mid-October, the Shanghai second-hand license plate market began to clear the position, and basically stopped the business in the last week of October. However, the number of used license plates is not much per month, about a few hundred, which may not be much supply for the hundreds of thousands of people who make a monthly bid. According to relevant parties, the second-hand license plates will be auctioned in 2015. Huang Xiaoyong, deputy director of the Shanghai Communications Commission Cooperative and Exchange Department, responded that the relevant departments will improve the New Deal at the end of this year depending on the implementation.

Boride Powder

Boride-based powders are commonly used in thermal spray applications due to their high hardness, wear resistance, and thermal stability. Some commonly used boride powders for thermal spray include:

1. Boron Carbide (B4C): Boron carbide is one of the hardest materials known, making it ideal for applications requiring high wear resistance. It also has excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability.

2. Titanium Diboride (TiB2): Titanium diboride offers a combination of high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and good thermal conductivity. It is often used in applications where both wear and heat resistance are required.

3. Tungsten Boride (WB): Tungsten boride powders have high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and good thermal stability. They are commonly used in thermal spray applications for their ability to withstand high temperatures and resist wear.

4. Chromium Boride (CrB2): Chromium boride powders offer high hardness, wear resistance, and good thermal stability. They are often used in thermal spray coatings for applications requiring resistance to abrasion and erosion.

These boride-based powders can be used in various thermal spray processes such as plasma spraying, high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying, and detonation gun spraying to provide protective coatings on surfaces that require enhanced wear resistance and thermal protection.
