Yongnian won the title of "Fastener Export Gathering Area" in Hebei

Yongnian is the largest fastener production and distribution center in the country. In recent years, the County Bureau of Commerce has applied for “all-weather preparation”, “full-scale tracking”, and “full-process free” service for 35 fastener enterprises to declare self-support import and export rights, assisting in handling customs, foreign exchange, and commodity inspections. Relevant procedures for exporting such as tax rebates, and practical guidance, knowledge training, and policy implementation have been effectively strengthened, and 15 enterprises have achieved direct export breakthroughs. In the first three quarters of this year, the county's fastener industry earned nearly 7 million U.S. dollars in exports, and industrial exports were increasingly formed.

In order to gain greater macroeconomic policy support for the fastener industry, the County Bureau of Commerce spent more than two years writing more than 100 pages of information and actively ran the city to apply for a provincial-level export base and finally obtained the certification. With the naming of provincial-level export aggregation areas, the provinces and cities will further introduce development plans and policies and measures to guide enterprises to extend their industrial chains, increase their industry’s externalities and added value, and enhance their independent export capabilities, innovation capabilities, and competitiveness. The scale of export operations, improving export quality and efficiency, and accelerating the transformation of foreign trade development methods will surely promote the healthy and rapid development of the fastener industry.
