Machine structure and principle
1.The filter press consists of machine frame, filter plate, compacting system(manual, mechanical, hydraulic) and electric cabinet.
2. Machine frame serves to support the compacting system and the filter plate, including engine base, pressure platethrust plate and girder.
3. Filter plate is mounted on the girder between the pressure plate and thrust plate, filter cloth is sandwiched between thefilter plates.
4. During working, the pressure plate is pushed by the compacting system to press the filter plate and filter cloth between the pressure plate and thrust plate, and the chamber is formed between the pressed filter plate. The material pressed by feed pump enters each chamber trom the feed inlet of thrust plate, the solid be trapped in the filter chamber and the flter cake be formed, the liquid is discharged from the water outlet passed through the filter cake and filter cloth. lf the filter cake needs to be washed, it can be washed by wash water from the washing hole on the tail plate. lf the filter cake needs to be blown dry, compressed air can be inlet from washing hole.
5. The structure of the plate and frame filter press is same as that of the chamber filter press, except that the filter part is composed of one filter plate and one filter frame and one filter cloth,the frame space is the filter chamber.
6. The flow form of filter press is divided into open delivery and closed delivery. Open delivery means that the filtrate is discharged from the outlet of each filter plate directly, and closed delivery refers to the filtrate of each plate is merged and discharged from the outlet path.
