Vice beam

The use of the secondary beam, in a nutshell, is that of the suspension system of the automobile. The suspension system uses springs and shock absorbers to isolate the tires that directly touch the ground from the occupants of the vehicle compartment. Thus, there is a large impact from the ground. Partially absorbed by the suspension system, it does not make the cabin occupant feel uncomfortable; the same, the auxiliary girder is a small size of the girder, which directly carries the entire engine on top of it, and the engine leg on the bottom (Engine Mounting) is combined with the body girder so that vibrations caused by engine operation will not be directly transmitted to the girders and cabins. The engine feet connecting the subframes and girders will have 3 to 4 different designs depending on the shape of the auxiliary girders. These engine feet are made of rubber material. The internal structure is equivalent to the suspension system's shock absorber cylinder and is filled with hydraulic oil. Therefore, there is also an excellent ability to absorb shocks. In this way, the vibrations that occur when the engine is running and cause unpleasant occupants will be conveyed to the interior of the cabin. This is the function of the vice beam.
