First, check and prepare before starting:

1. Check if the fastening parts are loose and if they are in a normal state.

2. This machine uses HS-13 (for winter), HS-19 (for summer) compressor oil (SY12.77), and other types of oil substitute or different specifications oil are strictly prohibited. Open the refueling screw plug and add the lubricating oil specified by the machine. The oil level line is 1/2 to 2/3 of the oil mark.

3. Move the main fan 2~3 turns with your hand to see if it is flexible. Check for an unobstructed or unusual sound.

4. Clean up all obstacles near the machine.

5. After all the above points are normal, turn the gate valve to the fully open state and start the diesel engine to run at low speed for 5 to 10 minutes. If there is any abnormality, stop the inspection and eliminate it; if it is normal, turn off the small gas transmission valve and adjust the pressure to the rated pressure value in 2~3 times. After the machine enters the working operation, the gate valve should be fully opened.

Second, start, run and stop

1. Inspection and preparation before starting: diesel engine oil, cooling water, diesel oil and compressor oil.

2. Open the air transfer gate valve before starting the machine to make the air compressor start at no load.

3. The diesel drive is executed according to the instruction manual of the diesel engine.

4. When working in the environment below 0 °C, the lubricating oil should be warmed to 0 °C to be turned on to prevent the oil from condensing and causing accidents.

5. Turn on the machine and let the machine run for 5-10 minutes at light load before entering the normal load operation.

6. Before each start-up and during operation, it should be checked or added according to regulations: diesel engine oil, diesel oil, cooling water and compressor oil, especially air compressor oil oil line, must be in the specified position (view oil window 1) /3~2/3), otherwise, the oil level is low, which may cause burning, holding the shaft and pulling the cylinder. If the oil level is high, the fuel consumption is too high, the valve is carbonized, and even serious consequences are caused.

7. The operation of the machine must be managed and used by a special person. If problems are found, measures should be taken in time to prevent accidents, so as to ensure the safety of people and machines.

8. Always check whether the pressure gauge reading is normal during operation, pay attention to the stability of the machine operation; whether the vibration of the vibrating machine is normal, check whether the parts are in a normal state; whether the heating condition of the running part is good. Generally, the temperature of the cylinder head exhaust port should not exceed 200 °C. The crankcase oil temperature must not exceed 70 °C, otherwise it should be stopped for inspection.

9. At the end of each work, let the air compressor run for 3 to 5 minutes at light load before stopping. For long-running machines, besides paying attention to the diesel engine oil, diesel oil, cooling water and compressor oil, at least one or two times of oil and water should be discharged every month. In case of rainy season or high air temperature, every time It is necessary to discharge the pressure 3 to 5 times a month to ensure that the inside of the machine is clean and the compressed air is pure.

Third, maintenance:

1. The air filter muffler needs to be cleaned regularly. Clean once a month under normal working conditions. The filter muffler open cleaning, dipped into the metal detergent thoroughly cleaned. (The paper filter element is brushed with a brush and blown with compressed air) for a total of 500 hours, and the muffler filter element is replaced.

2. The compressor oil in the crankcase should be replaced regularly (pay attention after parking). The newly activated air compressor should be changed after one week of use. Replace it every 400-500 hours afterwards. Oil change procedure: Open the oil drain plug, drain the oil in the tank, then open the side cover, scrub the sediment in the crankcase, and finally install the oil drain plug and side cover. Then squeeze clean compressor oil from the oil hole to the specified oil level.

3. Always check the fasteners and pipe joints to prevent looseness, oil leakage and air leakage.

4. Regularly check the sensitivity and reliability of the safety valve, bleed valve and pressure gauge. Note that the air vent of the safety valve should not be blocked.

5. Perform a comprehensive maintenance and cleaning of the valve components every year to remove the oil deposits, verify that the valve feet are flat, check the clearance of the moving parts, and replace if the wear is too large to affect the performance of the machine.

6. If the air compressor is to be deactivated for a long time, it should be treated with anti-rust. Under normal circumstances, air compressors are not allowed to be stored for a long time (more than one year) to prevent corrosion and other effects on machine performance. When re-enabled, all cleaning is required.
