Quality Supervision Bureau to carry out energy-saving emission reduction inspection instrument into focus

Recently, Erenhot City Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision conducted energy-saving emission reduction supervision and inspection work within the city, focusing on energy conservation and emission reduction work from the following aspects:

1. The city's key energy-consuming enterprises have carried out energy measurement supervision and inspection work. During the inspection, it was found that the leaders of the three key energy-consuming companies paid more attention to energy-saving and emission-reduction work, assigned special personnel to take charge of the work, and organized and learned the national mandatory standards for the “General Requirements for the Use and Management of Energy Measuring Instruments for Energy-using Units”. Equipped with weighing instruments, electric energy meters, water flow meters, temperature meters, pressure gauges, and other measuring instruments required by the "General Regulations", and also tested. However, the accuracy rating of the pressure gauges provided by one of the companies did not meet the requirements, and law enforcement officials ordered them to replace them on time.

2. The city will carry out supervision and inspection of energy-saving products. First, the Erlian City Supervision Bureau conducted a special law enforcement inspection on 25 batches of 19 categories of energy efficiency label products including 25 refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines. For those discovered during the inspection: those energy efficiency labels that have not been registered for energy efficiency labeling, and that have not been handled and that should be subject to change procedures, do not meet the requirements of the regulations; Forgery and fraudulent use of energy efficiency labels, law enforcement personnel are based on the "Energy Efficiency Labeling." The relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures" shall be subject to administrative punishment.

3. Strengthen inspection of energy conservation and emission reduction. In accordance with the "restricted over-packaging requirements of food and cosmetics" specific provisions, as of the current city's 28 food, cosmetics and other commodity packaging supervision and inspection. The overall situation was found to be good, but the wines of two of the distributors were over-packaged and the inspectors had requested rectification within a time limit.
