It is expected that the first phase of the project will be completed in October. Ordinary cold storage can keep fruits fresh for up to 5 months, while cold storage of controlled atmosphere can extend the freshness of fruits to 1 year or even longer. It is reported that this is the largest air-conditioned cold storage in Zhejiang Province. By then, the preservation and storage of local agricultural and sideline products such as bamboo shoots, bamboo shoots and grapes in Deqing will no longer be a problem.
