The first prototype was connected to the grid on October 28, 2015. The operation results show that the unit is stable and reliable, and the power generation performance is excellent. Under the annual average wind speed of 5.1m/s (standard Rayleigh distribution), the annual equivalent utilization hours can reach 2000 hours. Up to now, the UP2000-121S wind turbine has completed small-scale installation and has passed the type certification of China Classification Society. UP2000-121S fan is the ultra-low wind speed fan with the characteristics of ultra-low wind speed wind farm, which is quickly iteratively improved on the basis of UP1500-97S and UP2000-115S low wind speed models, and has lower electric cost.
