Timing interoperability; fourth is to establish a mechanism for emergency information notification and emergency response coordination, implement interactions between information and emergency response coordination and operation and management of expressway networks, and emergency handling of emergencies such as severe weather and natural disasters. The fifth is to establish a joint emergency response and interaction mechanism. The Shaanxi provincial and Shanxi provincial linkage emergency plan is divided into four levels. In the event of an emergency, the two parties should exchange information, support each other, rationally handle and reduce the impact. The sixth is to establish the guidance of vehicle travel routes in the event of emergencies, timely release real-time road conditions, timely diversion guidance, and evacuation of inter-provincial regional vehicles.

It is understood that in the second half of this year, the Provincial Senior Management Bureau will also comprehensively deepen inter-provincial high-speed information sharing and coordinating linkage mechanisms with neighboring provinces and regions such as Hebei, Henan and Inner Mongolia to raise the level of freeway travel information services.
